Central Islip PAL - L.I.E. to Exit 56 Route 111 South – Immediately take the left fork onto Wheeler Road South. Proceed past cemetery to Adams Road (central Islip High School is on the left corner). Make a left on Adams just past the High School Stadium to the field.
